Please do not use harsh chemicals or citrus scented soaps as the citrus oils can tarnish your jewelry. Our Guarantee Rock n’ Rolled Gold guarantees each handcrafted item under our Normal Wear Lifetime Guarantee. Normal wear does not include wearing your fine jewelry while playing sports, swimming, bathing, or any mishandling of your jewelry items. If in the event your purchased item were to get damaged we would be happy to try and fix it or replace it at the most reasonable price we can.
